Applicant Terms of Service

These Applicant Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the submission of applications to Remote Cleaning Success ("RCS," "we," "us," or "our") through Typeform or any other application platform.

 

1. Application Purpose

Applications are collected solely for evaluating potential workers, contractors, or partners. Submission of an application does not guarantee employment, engagement, or work assignments.

 

2. Accuracy of Information

By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification or termination of consideration.

 

3. Consent to Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Remote Cleaning Success related to your application, including:

  • Phone calls

  • SMS/MMS text messages

  • Voicemails

  • Emails

Communications may be sent using registered business numbers or A2P messaging platforms. Message frequency varies. Standard carrier rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

 

4. Use of Business Phone Numbers

Remote Cleaning Success uses registered business phone numbers and communication platforms to protect staff privacy and comply with U.S. carrier regulations. Calls and texts may originate from numbers different from personal devices.

 

5. Independent Contractor Disclaimer

Many opportunities offered through Remote Cleaning Success are independent contractor roles. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

 

6. No Guarantee of Work

RCS does not guarantee:

  • Selection or approval of any applicant

  • Minimum volume of work

  • Ongoing engagement or availability

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Remote Cleaning Success is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays, filtering, or undelivered messages

  • Missed communications due to incorrect contact details

  • Decisions made based on applicant-provided information

 

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued submission of applications or continued communication constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Remote Cleaning Success operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
